UpskillMap operates the website at https://upskillmap.com. Contact us at info@upskillmap.com.

What we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or request the guide. Used to deliver your guide and, with consent, send product updates.
• Waitlist answers — team type, team size, AI stage, biggest challenge, leadership expectations. Used to build your custom plan.
• Page analytics — via PostHog: page views, scroll depth, section views, and button clicks. We use this to understand how people read the page and improve it. No screen recording. No keystroke capture.
• UTM parameters — referral source data from URLs (utm_source, utm_medium, etc.) to understand where visitors come from.
• Approximate IP address — used for rate limiting form submissions. Not stored long-term.

How we use it

• To deliver the guide or plan you requested
• To send product updates (with explicit consent — unsubscribe anytime)
• To understand how the page is used and improve it
• To prevent abuse via rate limiting

• Resend — email delivery. Privacy policy
• PostHog — page analytics (no session recording). Privacy policy
• Google Sheets — waitlist data storage via a private, access-controlled spreadsheet.

Cookies

We use cookies for page analytics via PostHog. No screen recording or keystroke capture. You can decline tracking via the cookie banner on first visit. Your preference is stored locally in your browser.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@upskillmap.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained per PostHog defaults. Waitlist data is retained until the product is built or you request deletion.
